Born and raised in Silicon Valley by a determined single mother, I discovered a passion for technology at age 11 thanks to her insistence on keeping a computer in our home. This early exposure led to a career in IT and engineering, beginning with internet startups and advancing to leadership roles at large enterprises where I led initiatives impacting entire companies. At Microsoft, I evolved from Sr. Consultant to Sr. Business Program Manager, influencing multi-million-dollar projects, co-authoring programs like Hyper-V Cloud Fast Track, and helping scale a $10M business to over $600M. I pioneered Agile and design-led innovation practices and later led cloud product innovation. Since then, I’ve held senior technical leadership roles at Nike, CPower, and Siemens.
